Shipping, Returns & Delivery Policy

No sale or shipment of goods

This is a charitable organisation website. Donations do not constitute orders for merchandise, physical products or paid services. Shipping charges, courier delivery, product returns, replacements and exchanges are therefore not applicable.

Programme delivery

Food camps and community programmes serve beneficiaries through locally coordinated activities. They are not shipments to donors. Planned events depend on resources, permissions and local needs; a festival date is not a confirmed camp schedule. Contact us before visiting or arranging materials.

Donation acknowledgements

For accepted donations, request an acknowledgement by email using your name, amount, date and transaction reference. We aim to send it electronically within 7 working days after successful payment verification and receipt of necessary information. No physical shipping is required. Online collection is not currently enabled on this website.

In-kind materials

Arrange suitability, quantity, destination, acceptance and any transport costs with an authorised representative before sending materials. Do not ship unsolicited goods. Any return of unaccepted materials must be agreed individually.

Payment concerns

For mistaken or duplicate payments, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. The absence of physical delivery does not remove applicable refund rights.
